Last June a Fokker 100 was flying from Mashhad to Zahedan while it was forced to an emergency landing in Zahedan airport after its landing gear fail to deploy. Subsequently, authorities of Aviation Department of Iran Insurance Company attended the location immediately and examined the damaged airplane. Last week the airline completed the claim forms and Iran Insurance Company paid the claim of € 3.22.440 within a week. Fortunately nobody died in the accident; however, the airplane sustained a total loss. Claim settlement in less than a week is a rare event in insurance industry which counts as an achievement for Iran Insurance Company
